John Prescott, Jr., President
John is a graduate of the University of Georgia earning a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor emphasis in Political Science. John has over 20 years of experience in both public and private probation supervision and administration.
John began his career with the Georgia Department of Corrections in 1991 and held a number of positions with the Department over nine years. John cultivated his offender management skills as a Probation Officer I and II in the Newton and Walton County Probation offices.
John supervised a variety of probationers to include registered sex offenders, drug offenders mandated to high-risk supervision and treatment and a caseload of student-offenders subject to strict supervision requirements.
Michelle Autry, Vice President
Michelle is a lifelong resident of Walton County with over seventeen years of experience in probation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from West Georgia College and State University. Michelle has held a number of positions in her career including: Senior Probation Officer, Supervising Probation Officer, Project Manager and Field Operations Manager. She became Southeast Correction’s first employee in 2005.
Michelle is a 2008 graduate of the Leadership Walton organization. Her leadership skills have been identified as a community leader and she has been vice-chairman and chairman of the Crepe Myrtle Festival in Monroe. She takes an active role in local community affairs.
Cindy Hoy, Director of Training and Compliance
Ms. Hoy began her career with BI, Inc in 1999 as a probation officer in south Georgia. In 2002, she was promoted to supervise BI, Inc/Maximus probation operations over four counties. Promoted again in 2005- when the former company was purchased by Providence Community Corrections, she became the Director of Operations for District 3, with responsibility for direct supervision of all field operations in South Georgia and Florida. She also served as the primary on-the-job and continuing education trainer and developer for all staff in the area. Prior to employment with PCC, Ms. Hoy spent six years as an Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor for the Mental Health Center in Decatur County, Georgia. During that time she facilitated substance abuse groups for parolees. Her business career includes eight years experience at a financial institution where she supervised the Collections Department.
