Hope House Benefit

Probationers from the Southeast Corrections Probation Office in Moultrie donated $11,567 in baby items to Hope House’s Mommy Mall. The Mother’s Day program started by Judge Richard Kent, allows probationers to convert some of their community service time to donations of new baby items. The donations are collected by the probation officers from February until Mother’s Day.

Clients who participate in parenting classes at Hope House earn Mommy Money and Daddy Dollars which they use to buy the items from the Mommy Mall. This is the eighth year the Southeast Corrections Probation Office conducted the program.
